306 Fitness owners Todd Hrabok and Chandra Zeller are longtime fitness enthusiasts and well-known faces in the city’s bodybuilding community. Wanting to provide other like-minded people with top-notch training gear, the couple decided to test the waters in a corner of their other 306 Tactical store. But as demand for the equipment steadily increased and inventory began to take up more space, they knew it was time to expand into a separate retail store.

“It took giant leaps, so we were kind of on our nerves,” Hrabok said with a laugh.

They started as a supplier to the Swedish lines of high-quality sportswear Better Bodies and Gasp, but also managed to expand their unique offerings to become a reseller of the popular and very exclusive Freddy by Livify jeans – which Hrabok says are only available for the moment. in stores in three cities across the country.

“These are jeans that fit like leggings and they have support in all the right ways,” he said of the Freddy jeans. “We are the only ones in town with the equipment we have and for Freddy Livify we are the only ones in the whole province. “

And so far people love the clothes. They regularly interact with customers on social media and the following that they’ve already gathered, which Hrabok and Zeller describe as “just amazing.”

While they note that the store isn’t just for fitness enthusiasts, Hrabok says the soft, high-quality fabrics that make up the clothes will be suitable for anyone, regardless of their athletic ability or age.

“The Better Bodies line isn’t just for the gym, it also offers clothes that can be worn every day,” Zeller said.

“And Freddy jeans, they’re for all ages, from 15- or 16-year-old girls to housewives in Saskatoon,” Hrabok added. “It’s not stuff made on an assembly line, it’s all custom contours for you. “
